We discuss and confirm
We get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the details, confirm the design direction, and agree on a price and timeline.
We make it
Once everything is confirmed, we begin. We share progress photos with you during the process so you can see it coming together.
It arrives
Your piece is carefully packed and shipped to you. It arrives with a handwritten thank-you card. It will never be made again.
What makes a good
custom order request
The more you tell us, the better the result. Here is what helps us most.
The space it is going into
Tell us what the room looks like, the colors, the furniture, and the feeling you are going for.
The material preference
Wood, resin, glass, or a combination. If you are not sure, tell us and we will guide you.
Approximate size
It does not have to be exact. A rough idea of dimensions helps us plan the piece properly.
Your budget range
Knowing your range helps us propose what is genuinely achievable and worth your investment.
Any reference images
If you have seen something you love, a color, a shape, or a texture, share it. It helps more than words.
The 12-hour rule
Once we confirm your order and begin production, cancellations after 12 hours carry a 50% fee. We will remind you of this when we confirm.
