Every Resindom piece is made by hand before it is packed and shipped. Here is what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

We ship with trusted carriers. Every order includes a tracking number sent to you at dispatch.
Inspect before you sign
Our carriers allow inspection at delivery. Check your package before accepting it.
What happens after you order
All Resindom pieces are handmade and made to order. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. Your piece is made specifically for you after your order is confirmed.

Production begins
We start making your piece. For orders above LE 1,500, a 50% deposit is required first. A member of our team will contact you with the payment details.

Production time depends on the design, materials, and level of customization. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
Your tracking number is sent
Once your piece is packed and handed to the carrier, we send you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it every step of the way.
It arrives at your door
Carefully packed, with a handwritten thank-you card. Please inspect the package before signing for it.

Orders above LE 1,500
For orders with a total value above LE 1,500, we require a deposit to confirm the order and begin production.
After you place your order, a member of our team will contact you to walk you through the deposit payment steps and provide everything you need to complete the transfer. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
Please inspect before you accept
Our shipping partners allow you to inspect your package at the time of delivery before signing for it. We strongly recommend you do this every time.
If there is visible damage to the outer packaging, document it immediately before opening the box. This protects your right to a claim and helps us resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

Look for dents, tears, or signs of impact. If anything looks wrong, note it with the delivery person before you sign.
Open and inspect the piece
Check for any damage to the piece itself. If something is wrong, do not discard the packaging.
