Send us photos
We will ask for clear photos of the piece and its packaging so we can assess the issue properly.
We review and respond
Once we have reviewed your request and approved it, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement. You will receive the full details by email or WhatsApp.
Refund to original payment method
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the same payment method used for the original order.
