Every Resindom piece is made specifically for you. This policy is designed to protect both the quality of what you receive and the work that goes into making it.

14-day window
You have 14 days from delivery to report a problem and request a return or replacement.

12-hour cancellation
Cancel within 12 hours for a full refund. After that, a 50% fee applies as production has begun.

Made to order
All pieces are made specifically for you. Natural variation in wood and resin is expected and is not a defect.

RETURNS

When we accept a return
We accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases only.

Your piece arrives damaged during shipping.
There is a manufacturing defect in the piece.
You receive the wrong item, or a piece that differs substantially from what was agreed upon including wrong design, wrong color, or incorrect customization details.

Natural variation is not a defect
Wood grain, knots, color shifts, and subtle differences in texture are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. Small differences in handcraft are expected and are not grounds for a return. These characteristics are what you are purchasing when you choose a handmade piece.

HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM

What to do if something is wrong
If your piece qualifies for a return under the conditions above, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Here is what happens next.

01- Contact us within 14 days
Reach us by email at [info@resindom.com](mailto:info@resindom.com) or on WhatsApp at +201092987326. Tell us what the issue is and include your order number.

02- Send us photos
We will ask for clear photos of the piece and its packaging so we can assess the issue properly.

03- We review and respond
Once we have reviewed your request and approved it, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement. You will receive the full details by email or WhatsApp.

04- Refund to original payment method
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the same payment method used for the original order.

CANCELLATIONS

The 12-hour rule
Because every Resindom piece goes into production shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are time-sensitive. Here is how it works.

Within 12 hours
Full refund
Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order and you will receive a complete refund with no deductions.

After 12 hours
50% cancellation fee applies
By this point your order is in production. Materials have been allocated, the design has been planned, and work has begun.
