Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition with all accompanying parts.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or do not match the agreed specifications.
